Our setup is in Flat Sf-03 in DLF Ankur Vihar, which is in the Loni area of Ghaziabad. It is on Plot C-4/2. Using a flat as an office works well for us because it keeps everything close together and feels more like a home. We are developers, so we spend a lot of time thinking about how to build things in tight spaces. Loni is a crowded place, and being right in the middle of it helps us understand what people need. We don't have a big staff. It's just a few of us trying to make things work. The office usually has a lot of blueprints lying around and someone is always on the phone with a contractor. It gets a bit chaotic when we have multiple projects going, but we manage. We aren't fancy people. We wear boots and jeans because we’re usually at a site anyway. The traffic in Ankur Vihar can be a bit of a nightmare during the evening, so we try to get our site visits done early in the morning before the roads get blocked. We’ve been working in Ghaziabad for a while and we know the quirks of the area, like where the water collects after rain. It’s just honest work. We don't spend money on expensive ads. We just rely on people seeing what we’ve built and coming to find us in our little office in the flat. It's not a big operation, but it keeps us busy enough throughout the year.
