It’s a pretty typical residential and commercial mix around here, which means there’s always something going on outside our windows. The office is a straightforward place. We don’t have a big reception area or fancy artwork on the walls. Instead, we have desks piled with papers and some old coffee mugs that have seen better days. We get to work early and usually leave when the sun is going down. Ghaziabad can be quite a dusty place, so we are always cleaning the windows, but it doesn’t seem to stay clean for long. We do our thing without a lot of noise. People who work here are mostly locals who know the shortcuts to avoid the traffic on the main road. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just come in, handle the tasks for the day, and go home to our families. Sometimes we stay late if a project is proving to be difficult, but that’s just how it goes sometimes. It isn't a glamorous life, but it’s honest and it keeps us busy. We like the neighborhood and the people who drop by from time to time to say hello.
