We just have our work and a place to do it. The team is pretty grounded. We aren't interested in all that corporate talk you hear from the big firms in Delhi. We would rather just focus on the task in front of us. Ghaziabad can be a bit dusty and loud, but we are used to it by now. We have our little routine of getting in, having some tea, and starting the computers. It is simple and it is honest. We don't try to make it sound like we are changing the world. We are just providing for our families and doing work that makes sense. Sometimes the day goes by fast and sometimes it drags, but that is life. We like being in New Panchwati Colony because it feels like a real neighborhood. We aren't just tucked away in some sterile office park. We are right here in the middle of everything. It is a good place to be for us.
