Our place, Vroot I-Mint Solutions Private Limited, is situated at Plot No. 110/102 in Gyan Khand-1, Indirapuram. If you know Ghaziabad, you know Indirapuram is always moving. Our office is right in the middle of that energy. It’s a busy spot, and finding parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. Once you’re inside, though, it’s just our workspace. We have computers lined up and wires running across the floor in places we really should tidy up. We work on various digital solutions, mostly just figuring out how to make software behave. It’s not always easy, but we enjoy the challenge. The office has a bit of a dusty feel because of all the construction nearby, but we’re used to it. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the news while we wait for things to load. It’s a very normal office. No one is wearing a suit here. We’re usually in jeans and just trying to get through the task list. Gyan Khand-1 is a good neighborhood with plenty of food stalls nearby, which is handy for lunch. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything. We just have a list of things that need to be fixed. We’ve been here for a while now and we know the rhythms of the street. It’s a bit noisy, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
