Our place is House No.544 in Niti Khand III, right in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Vmtech Global Services Llp is basically a small team working out of this house. It’s a typical Ghaziabad street, sometimes noisy with vendors passing by or kids playing, but we’ve gotten used to it. The office is really just a few rooms filled with monitors and cables. We handle global services but from a very local setting. It’s funny when people expect a huge corporate tower and then they see a house in Niti Khand. But it works for us. We save on the fancy rent and just focus on the tech work instead. The Uttar Pradesh heat can be something else in the summer, but we have our fans and ACs going to keep us from melting. We aren’t a huge corporation with thousands of employees. It’s just a handful of us who know each other well. We eat lunch together, usually something brought from home or ordered from the shop down the road. There isn’t much to say about our philosophy because we don't really have one written down. We just wake up, come to the house, and start working on whatever is on the list for that day. Ghaziabad-201014 is our corner of the world. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of the experience of working here. We just do our thing and keep the computers running.
