Visionbuild India Private Limited is based out of Loni Bk in the Rahata area. We’re located at the property of Shri Dnyandev Baburao Gholap. It’s a bit of a drive out here in the Ahmednagar district, but we prefer the pace of life in this part of the country. The surroundings are mostly open spaces and fields, which is a nice change from the crowded cities. Our setup is simple. We have a few rooms dedicated to the business where we keep our records and handle the daily tasks. There isn't any fancy signage or glass walls here. It’s a local operation through and through. We know most of the people who live nearby, and they know us. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on materials that are being moved around the district. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, which can be frustrating when we’re trying to get things done, but we usually find a way around it. We take things one day at a time. It’s about building something that lasts, even if we’re doing it from a quiet corner of Loni. When the sun starts setting over the fields, it’s a pretty good place to be. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big corporate image. We just want to keep working and supporting the local projects that come our way every season.
