You can find Vetela Projects Private Limited over at Express Garden in Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram. We are in Block 4, Flat 201. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit different than having a shop on the high street. We run things from here because it’s convenient and keeps our costs down. We mostly do project work around Ghaziabad. Since we are in an apartment complex, we have to be mindful of our neighbors, but most of our actual work happens out at the sites. We spend a lot of time on our laptops checking schedules and talking to suppliers on the phone. Ghaziabad is a fast-moving place, and things change every day. We’ve seen a lot of buildings go up around here since we started. Sometimes we just sit on the balcony and talk about what needs to be done the next morning. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. We don’t have a lot of overhead, so we can focus on the actual building work. It’s not always easy to coordinate everything from a flat, but we make it work with a lot of phone calls and site visits. We deal with all the usual headaches like late deliveries and missing tools. We don't sugarcoat anything. Construction is a messy, complicated business, and we are right in the middle of it every day.
