Vallabh Rastogi

I am Vallabh Rastogi and I operate out of Patrakar Parisar in Vasundhara. My unit is 201, up in Sector-5 of Ghaziabad. This building has been home to my work for quite some time now. It’s a residential colony for journalists originally, so it has a very specific, quiet feel to it. It’s not your typical commercial hub, which I actually like. It’s a bit more personal and less cold. The 201012 area has grown so much lately, with new shops and tall flats popping up everywhere you look. I stay inside mostly, working through the various tasks of the day. The room isn't huge, but it fits my old desk and my shelves perfectly. Some days the stairs feel a bit steep when I'm carrying things, but it's good exercise I suppose. I don’t use any big business words to describe what I do. I just handle whatever comes across my desk. Ghaziabad can be a bit dusty and loud outside, but Patrakar Parisar is a nice little pocket of calm for us. My neighbors are mostly quiet people who keep to themselves. I keep to a regular schedule, starting around nine and finishing when the light starts to fade in the evening. It’s a basic life, with no corporate pressure, just me and my own responsibilities. If you find yourself in Sector-5, just look for the Parisar. It’s a straightforward place and I’m just a regular person trying to do a good job.
