Bonanza Portfolio

Being on the top floor at 5C Vikram Enclave in Shalimar Garden means we get a decent view of the area. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift isn't working, but we’re used to it. This is where Bonanza Portfolio operates from. Ghaziabad can be quite busy, but being up here on the top floor keeps the noise down a little bit. The office isn't very large, but we’ve got enough room for our desks and the computers. It gets pretty bright in the afternoons because of the windows. We spend most of our time staring at screens and answering the phone. It’s just us doing our jobs without any extra fuss. The building itself is typical for this part of Uttar Pradesh. We know the security guard and the people in the other units. Sometimes we order lunch from the small shops nearby. It’s a very routine life. We don’t have a big corporate lobby. It’s more of a functional space for work. We keep the files organized as best as we can. Some days are busier than others, especially when the markets are moving. We just stay focused on what’s in front of us. It’s a simple setup for a portfolio business. We don't try to make it seem like something it isn't. Just a quiet office in Shalimar Garden where we handle our daily tasks and keep things moving for the people we serve.
