If you head up to the eighth floor of Tower-9A in Crossings Republic, you’ll find us in unit 8133. We’ve been here for a while now, and the view from this high up in Ghaziabad is actually one of the better parts of the day. Vagmi Technologies is really just a group of people who enjoy solving problems. We don't have a big corporate culture with retreats or motivational posters. We just show up, open our laptops, and get through the tasks on the list. The office isn't huge, but we make it work with the desks we have. It can get a little crowded when everyone is in at the same time, especially near the little kitchenette area. We do a lot of tech services, mostly stuff that people don't think about until it stops working. It’s not always exciting, but it’s important work for the people we help. We like the vibe of Crossings Republic; it’s got a lot of energy. Sometimes the commute is a bit of a pain, but once we're in the office, it’s a good environment. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do right by the people who hire us. It’s a straightforward setup with no frills, just hard work and maybe too many snacks on the desks. We try to keep it real and focus on the day-to-day work without any extra drama.
