This is not a big commercial center; it is actually located in Neelpadam 1 Apartment. We are on the ninth floor, in flat number 2. This is in Vaishali Sector 5, Ghaziabad. Being on the ninth floor is actually quite nice because we get a good breeze and it is far away from the street noise. We are close to the Sector 4 main market and Shoprix Mall, so there is always something happening nearby. The apartment is where I live and also where I teach. It is a very personal setup. Students usually sit in the living area or at the dining table. It feels more like a study session at a friend’s house than a formal class. Because it is a home, you will see my personal books on the shelves and maybe hear the sounds of the kitchen now and then. Near the entrance, there is a spot for shoes, and I ask everyone to leave them there. The view of E Block from the balcony is quite good. I have been doing this for a long time, and many families in Neelpadam know me. It is convenient for those who live in the building or in the nearby sectors of Vaishali. We do not have any flashy signs outside the building, just the address. People usually find out about me through word of mouth. It is a simple way of living and working, keeping things direct and honest. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed, which helps everyone stay calm while they work.
