Uvn Heights Llp

Our office is on the second floor at R 13/123 in Sector 13, Rajnagar. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, especially when it’s hot outside. Uvn Heights Llp is basically run from this small space. We have a few desks and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. Rajnagar is a developing area, so there’s always something happening nearby. We focus on building projects that actually fit into the neighborhood. Most of our time is spent looking at blueprints or being out on the sites to make sure the concrete is being poured right. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just do the work and hope people notice. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up some drawings or wait for a phone call from a supplier. It’s not always exciting, but it’s steady work. The view from the second floor isn't much, just the street below and some other buildings. We know the other folks in the building, mostly small businesses like ours. We tend to keep to ourselves and just focus on the task at hand. If there’s a problem on a job site, we’re usually the ones who go down there to fix it ourselves. We don’t mind getting our hands dirty because it's part of the process. It’s just the way we’ve always operated. We like the local feel of Sector 13 and plan to stay here for a long time.
