Unitech Limited

Our office is at 1/1 Oak Road in the Windsor area of Shipra Sun City. Pankaj Gupta is usually around here. Indirapuram is a busy place, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get out to work. The building itself is okay, nothing special to look at from the outside, but it works for what we need. We handle the business of Unitech Limited from this spot. Usually, the desk is covered in papers and some old files that we haven't found a place for yet. It’s not like those big glass buildings you see in some parts of Ghaziabad. We just have our space here and we do what needs to get done. There’s a lot of walking back and forth between the rooms. Some days are slower than others. When it rains, the road outside gets a bit messy, but that's just how it is in this part of U.P. We don't have a big reception desk or someone in a suit greeting you. You just walk in and find whoever is available. We've been at this address for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. There are more shops now than when we first started. We just keep our heads down and work through the list of things to do. It’s a practical setup for us. Not too much noise, except for the occasional car horn from the main road.
