Tripcons Technosoft Private Limited is based in the Gda Market in Nyay Khand-I, Indirapuram. Being in a market area means there is always a lot of noise and activity right outside our door, which can be distracting but also keeps things interesting for us throughout the day. Our specific spot is Nyk/Ks 64A. It’s a functional space where we handle all our technical and software work. We have a few computers, a printer that only works when it wants to, and enough chairs for the team. Most of our mornings are spent going through the list of things that didn't get done the day before. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate values posted on the walls; we just come in and do the work because that's what we're paid to do. Ghaziabad is a fast-paced place, and Indirapuram is even faster, so we’re always on our toes. We have a lot of regular people who drop by just to ask a quick question about their software or to see how a project is coming along. We like that casual way of doing business without all the unnecessary formality. It’s not about being the most polished company in the world; it’s about being available and getting the job done without making a big deal out of it. We just keep things moving, one day at a time, right here in the middle of the market hustle.
