Triggertec Software Solutions Private Limited

Triggertec Software Solutions Private Limited is tucked away in Brij Vihar at A-56. It’s a nice enough area in Ghaziabad, fairly close to the border, so some of us commute in from different parts of the city every morning. The office is in a building that looks pretty much like all the others on the street. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our computers. We’ve got a small kitchen area where the fridge makes a weird humming noise, but it keeps our water cold, so no one complains about it too much. The work we do involves a lot of software stuff, which means we spend a lot of time staring at screens and typing away. It can get quiet in here when everyone is focused, then someone will make a joke and we’ll all take a break for ten minutes to clear our heads. We don’t really do formal stuff here. We wear whatever is comfortable and talk to each other like normal people instead of using all those corporate buzzwords you hear in the bigger cities like Delhi. Ghaziabad is always growing and changing, and we’ve seen a lot of things change around Brij Vihar since we started. We just try to keep our heads down and do a good job for the people who hire us. It’s a steady pace, nothing too crazy, and we like the fact that we know our neighbors and the local shopkeepers. It feels like home.
