Thinkcentrex Software Private Limited is situated on the 9th floor of Tower B5 in Supertech Eco Village II. This is in the Noida part of Gautam Buddha Nagar. Being up on the ninth floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are just focused on the software work we do every day. Working in an apartment complex like Eco Village makes for a bit of a different office environment. It’s a mix of residential life and our professional space. We like it because it feels a bit more relaxed than a standard office block. We spend our time writing code and testing things out. The team is pretty small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. We don't have fancy titles or big speeches about what we are doing. We just get our tasks and try to finish them without too much trouble. Noida is a big hub for this kind of work, so we fit right in with the thousands of other people doing similar things. We usually start our day early to avoid the worst of the elevator rush and stay until the work is in a good place. It’s a practical way to live and work.
