Teetu Properties

Teetu Properties is a small local outfit based right here in Shibban Pura. If you live around Shibbanpura, you have probably passed by us without thinking twice. We have a very simple setup. It’s just a basic room with a few chairs and a table where we keep all the property listings and documents. Most of the time, the door is left open so the neighbors can pop in and say hello or ask if any new rooms have come up for rent. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big staff. It is usually just one or two of us here, either talking on the phone or heading out to show someone a house nearby. The streets around here can get pretty crowded, so we do a lot of walking. We know the area like the back of our hands because we’ve been here so long. People come to us when they need a place to stay or if they are looking to sell a bit of land. We don't use any complicated contracts or big words. We just try to help people find what they are looking for in the neighborhood. It’s a modest business, and we aren't trying to change the world. We just want to make sure the people in Shibban Pura have a reliable place to go when they have questions about property. It’s often dusty and loud outside, but that’s just life in our part of town.
