So, we are based out of Sector-41 in Noida. Our office is at J-192, which is a fairly quiet part of the neighborhood compared to the main roads. Techmunition Software Consultancy Llp is basically a small team of us who like solving software problems. We didn't want to be in one of those massive glass towers where you get lost in the elevator. Here, we can actually talk to each other without sending a formal invite or booking a room. We spend a lot of time looking at code and figuring out why things aren't working the way they should. It's a lot of trial and error some days. Noida is full of tech companies, but we try to keep things grounded and simple. If you walk past J-192, you might not even realize there is a consultancy running inside. We prefer it that way because it keeps the distractions down. We do a lot of consulting, which basically means people tell us their problems and we try to find a way to make the software do what it's supposed to. It's not always easy, but it keeps us busy. We've been at this for a while now. The office has a few desks, some half-empty coffee mugs, and a lot of cables. It feels like home to us. Just a bunch of local people trying to do decent work for our clients without making it all complicated or stressful for anyone.
