We’re set up in Basundhara Plaza, which is where Sway Infotec Gress Pvt. Ltd. operates from. It’s a typical commercial building, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, our space is mostly desks and computers. We spend a lot of our hours staring at code or fixing things on the system. It’s the kind of work where you lose track of time pretty easily. One minute it’s morning and you’re having your first coffee, then suddenly the sun is going down. The plaza has other businesses too, so there’s always people moving around in the hallways. We know the security guards and the folks in the next office. It’s a bit of a community in a way. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. Just the essentials for getting the job done. Sometimes we stay late when a project is acting up, and the building gets real quiet then. It’s just the hum of the machines. We aren't trying to be the next big global thing; we just focus on the work we have in front of us. It’s honest, technical work. We’ve got a small team and we get along okay. We just handle the digital side of things for people who need it. It’s practical and it keeps us busy. Some days the coffee machine is our best friend, and other days we just want to get outside for a bit. We keep it low key.
