SWARNIM BUILDHOME LLP

Our setup at Swarnim Buildhome LLP is pretty simple. We are based at KB-78/11 in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, 201002. It’s a small office and we don't really do the whole corporate thing. There’s no big signage or a lobby. It’s just us, a couple of computers, and a lot of phone calls. Most of the time we are out on the sites anyway, so the office is often empty or just has one person sitting there handling the accounts. Ghaziabad is a noisy, busy place and our office reflects that a bit. It’s tucked away in a spot that’s convenient for us to get to the different projects we have going on. We work on residential houses and small buildings mostly. It’s not easy work, and sometimes things don't go according to plan, like when the cement delivery is late or the weather turns bad. We just deal with those things as they come up. We’ve been at this address for a while and the neighbors know us. We aren't looking to grow into a giant firm or anything. We just like doing our work and making sure the buildings are solid. The paperwork side of things is a bit of a drag, but we get through it. If you ever stop by, don't expect anything fancy. We probably have some tea brewing and some blueprints spread out over the table. That’s just how we operate every day.
