Swampy Technology Private Limited has its office in a bit of a different setting than your usual commercial building. We are based in Flat No. 102 at Prateek The Royal Cliff, which is part of the Crossing Republik area in Ghaziabad. It’s right near NH-24, so getting here is actually pretty simple if you’re coming from the highway. Since we are in an RWA, the whole vibe is much more relaxed than a typical office park. We have our computers set up in the flat, and that’s where all the work happens. It’s a comfortable way to run a business because it feels a lot less stiff than a corporate environment. We spend our days working on various tech projects, and the team is small enough that we all know exactly what everyone else is doing. Being in Crossing Republik is nice because there are shops and places to eat nearby when we need a break. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world; we just want to do our work well and keep things moving. We don't have any big speeches or elaborate plans. We just look at what needs to be done today and we do it. It’s a very practical approach to running a technology company. Sometimes we stay late when we have to, but mostly we just stick to our regular hours and keep things steady. It’s a quiet place to get things done, and we like the setup we have here.
