You can find us at Sv India Infotech Solutions on the first floor of the Galaxi Hotel. We are on Ambedkar Road in Naya Ganz, which is close to Kalka Ghari. Being in a hotel building is a bit different, but it works for our small IT setup. We handle computer repairs and some software stuff for local shops and residents. It’s just a couple of us who really like tech. We aren't a big corporate entity with a HR department or anything like that. We just have our office and our tools. Naya Ganz is a very busy part of town, so there's always a lot of movement on Ambedkar Road. We often see the hotel guests coming and going while we are working on a laptop or a server. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to our customers. We just explain what needs to be done in plain English. Sometimes we are very busy with a lot of machines to fix, and other days we have time to just sit and talk. We like the flexibility of running our own small business. We’ve been at this location for a few years now. Most people find us because they saw our sign while walking near the Galaxi Hotel. We just keep doing what we do best. If you have a computer that won't start, you can just bring it up the stairs to us.
