Surima Project LLP operates out of a basement in Shakti Khand-III, Indirapuram. It’s number 240, if you’re looking for it. Being in a basement has its perks, mostly because it stays a bit cooler during those really hot Ghaziabad summers. We spend most of our time down there looking over project plans and dealing with all the legal stuff that comes with being an LLP. Ghaziabad is growing so fast, and Indirapuram is right in the middle of it all, so there’s always something happening nearby. Our team is pretty small, just a few of us who have worked in construction and project management for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Uttar Pradesh, we just want to get our specific jobs done without too much drama. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the office besides the computers. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the traffic on the main road makes someone late, but we don't stress it too much. We focus on the practical side of things, like making sure the materials are up to code and the deadlines aren't slipping too far. It’s a straightforward operation here. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just work on projects and try to keep our clients from worrying about the small details. It's a busy life, but it's ours.
