Surendra Rawat

Our place is at A-27 Laxmi Garden in the Indrapuri area of Ghaziabad. Surendra Rawat started this and we’ve been working out of this location for some time now. Indrapuri is a busy neighborhood in U.P. and it has its own rhythm. The Laxmi Garden part is mostly residential but we have our setup here because it’s convenient for us. It’s not one of those tall glass buildings you see in the city center. It is just a regular place where we show up every day and do what needs to be done. The road outside can get a bit dusty, especially when there’s construction nearby, which seems to be all the time lately. Inside, we have our desks and some old files stacked up. It’s not perfectly neat, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a receptionist or a lobby. If someone comes by, one of us just gets up to see what they need. Ghaziabad can be quite crowded and noisy, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of the traffic and the local vendors. We take our lunch breaks together and usually just get something from the shops nearby. It’s a simple operation and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. We are just people working hard at A-27 and trying to keep things moving forward every day of the week. We like it here.
