Sunpride Buildtech India Private Limited is based out of a ground floor unit in Nyay Khand-III. Indirapuram is a very busy place, and Ghaziabad seems to keep growing every single year. We have been at 397-GF for a while now. It is a handy location because it is easy for people to find us and we are close to a lot of the areas where we do our work. The office is not anything you would see in a magazine. It is strictly functional. We have a couple of desks, some chairs for visitors, and stacks of blueprints piled up everywhere. People in Ghaziabad usually want things done yesterday, so it can get a bit stressful trying to keep up with the pace of the city. We do not use a lot of big words or try to act like we are something we are not. We are just builders. We know how to handle the concrete, the bricks, and the workers. Sometimes a project takes longer than we thought it would because of a late shipment or a week of bad rain, and we just have to be honest with people about that. Most folks appreciate the straight talk. We do not have a big corporate structure or layers of management.
