Sunlight Technologies India Private Limited is located in the Olive Country society, specifically at C-3/302 in Sector 5, Vasundhra. It is a bit of a different setup because we are in a residential area, which makes the whole place feel a lot more like home than a cold office building. We like it this way because it’s quieter and we don’t have to deal with the same level of city noise. We’ve set up our workspace in one of the rooms, and it’s got everything we need to handle our daily tech tasks. Sometimes the neighbors are out walking their dogs or kids are playing nearby, and you can hear all of that through the window. It’s a very normal, local vibe. We usually start our day around nine, get the coffee started, and then dive into whatever work is waiting for us. There isn't any big hierarchy here; we all just pitch in and do what needs to get done. If there is a problem, we just talk it out over lunch. Vasundhra is a nice part of town, and being in Olive Country makes the commute pretty easy for most of us. We are just a small team of people trying to do good work without all the unnecessary stress you find in bigger corporate offices. It’s a practical way to run a business and it works for us just fine. We just take things one day at a time and keep our focus.
