We’ve been over at Plot No-51 for a while now. It's the ground floor of the old Kapda Mill building in Panchwati. Ghaziabad is a busy place, and we're just right in the middle of it. Mostly, we handle building stuff. It's dusty work but someone has to do it. The office isn't much to look at, just a place where we keep our papers and meet people who need construction help. We've seen the area change a lot lately. There’s always another project starting or a road getting dug up around here. My cousin used to work near the mill too, so we know the neighborhood pretty well. We don't spend much time on fancy websites or big ads. Usually, people just find us by walking in or through a friend. It’s a lot of managing labor, checking on sites, and making sure the materials show up when they're supposed to. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or traffic, which is just how it goes in Ghaziabad. We just try to get the jobs finished so we can move to the next one. It’s hard work, and the days are long. If you're looking for us, look for the Kapda Mill sign. We’re usually around unless we’re out at a site checking on the walls or the foundation. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, day in and day out. It takes a lot of patience to deal with all the different people involved in a build, but we manage.
