Staywell Properties

Staywell Properties is located at Plot No 340 in Sector 4, Vaishali. We are right near the Mother Dairy, which is a big landmark around here. If you know the dairy, you can’t miss us. We’re just a local property office doing our thing in the Vaishali area. Our space is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some maps of the sectors on the wall, and always a pot of tea going. We mostly help people with renting or buying apartments in Sector 4 and the nearby blocks. It’s a nice residential part of town, and we’ve been part of it for a while. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It’s usually just one or two of us answering the phone and meeting people who walk in. We know the landlords and we know the buildings. If a flat has a good balcony or if the parking is tight, we’ll tell you. We try to be honest about the places we show. Sometimes the market is slow and sometimes it’s crazy, but we just keep showing up at Plot 340 every morning. It’s a practical business. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the city; we just want to do a good job for the people who live in or want to move to Vaishali. It’s a simple life and we like the community here near the dairy. Our office is usually open from early morning until the evening.
