Our small office is located in Ghaziabad at the Mansingh Center, specifically Shop Number 2 on the first floor. The center is a busy place, and Plot No 66 is right in the thick of the local market area. It’s an older building, so it has some character, though the stairs can be a bit steep when you’re carrying heavy boxes of equipment. We handle technology services, mostly fixing things and helping people with their hardware. The shop is usually full of spare parts, tools, and half-finished projects sitting on the workbenches. It isn't a showroom with shiny displays; it’s more of a workshop where we actually get our hands dirty. Ghaziabad-201001 is a crowded part of town, so there’s always noise coming in from the street, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of guys who know how to take things apart and put them back together. There’s no fancy dress code here, usually just jeans and a t-shirt because we’re often crawling under desks to fix cables. Sometimes the neighbors from the other shops come by just to chat or ask for a quick hand with something. We like being part of the local business community here.
