Star Beauty Parlour

You can find Star Beauty Parlour at Shop No. 1, Plot No. 421, on the main road in Vaishali Sector 4. We are quite close to Aryan Public School. Because of the school, we see a lot of mothers coming in after they drop their kids off. Ghaziabad is always dusty, so we are constantly dusting the shelves and the products. The shop is small, just one of those units in a row. We have a couple of chairs and a small area in the back for other things. It’s a family-run kind of place. My sister handles the threading while I do the hair. We don't have a big staff. Sometimes the neighbors come in just to borrow a newspaper or chat about the locality. The main road is always loud with horns and rickshaws, but we’ve gotten used to it. The floor is tiled but some of them are cracked near the entrance. We put a mat over it so nobody trips. We use local products that we’ve trusted for years. It’s not a place where you’ll see anything flashy. Just a regular parlour for regular people. We try to keep things tidy, though it’s hard when it’s busy. We stay open until the street lights come on. It’s our little corner in Vaishali and we’re here every day except for maybe some holidays.
