Solih Constructions India Private Limited is located over in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, specifically at Skd-715 in Shipra Krishna Vista. This area, Ahinsa Khand, is quite built up and modern compared to some other spots, but our approach to work is still very much hands-on and practical. We spend our time managing construction projects, which usually involves a lot of coordinating between different teams and making sure the supplies show up when they are supposed to. Being in a big apartment complex like Shipra Krishna Vista means we are right in the middle of a very busy residential hub. It is a different vibe than working out in a rural village, but the challenges of construction are mostly the same wherever you go. We deal with the usual stuff like labor shortages, fluctuating prices of steel, and the non-stop traffic of Ghaziabad. We don't really do the whole corporate polished thing; we just have an office where we meet and talk about the work. Most of our day is spent on the phone or walking around construction sites with a clipboard. It is not always pretty, especially when it is dusty and loud, but we like seeing a project go from a hole in the ground to a finished structure. We have been around this part of Uttar Pradesh for a bit now and we just keep doing what we know how to do, one brick at a time.
