Smilax Builders Private Limited

Smilax Builders Private Limited is based out of Nk-I/43/201 in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Our office is basically in a residential block, so it feels more like a home than a big business center. We have been working in and around Ghaziabad for a while now, mostly dealing with the small details of building and repairs. The traffic in Indirapuram can be a total nightmare, so we often find ourselves stuck in the car just trying to get from one site to another. Our office is usually a bit of a mess with samples of tiles or bits of plumbing fixtures lying around. We don't really bother with making it look like a showroom because we are usually too busy actually working. It’s just a handful of us here, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s answering the door or checking on a shipment of sand. We don't use any big words or try to act like we are some massive corporation. We are just local builders who know how things work in this part of the state. Sometimes a project takes longer than we thought because of the rain or some other delay, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late at night. We just try to keep our heads down and finish the projects we started without causing too much trouble for anyone.
