Our office is on the first floor, at number 214 in Bonjha. We are right on the Main G.T. Road, which is a very busy spot in Ghaziabad. If you are looking for us, we are quite near Hotel Heaven, which most people use as a landmark to find the building. Being at SJFC REALTORS PRIVATE LIMITED means being part of the constant movement of Ghaziabad. The 201001 area is always on the go. Since we are on the first floor, we get to see a lot of what happens on the street below, which is usually just a lot of cars and people rushing around. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got some furniture and the usual equipment needed to run things. It can get a bit noisy because of the traffic on G.T. Road, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don’t have any fancy decorations or a lounge area for visitors. It’s a practical space designed for working. Sometimes the stairs are a bit steep if you aren't expecting it. We have been in this location for a while now, and it’s a good spot because of how central it is to everything else in Uttar Pradesh. We just show up every day and do what needs to be done. It’s a simple existence, and we don’t try to make it seem like anything more than what it really is. It works for our small staff.
