Sitaram Buildwell Llp is located right in the middle of Indirapuram. We are in the Verona section of Mahagun Mansion, Phase 1. If you know the area, you know it is a very busy spot in Vaibhavkhand. Our daily routine is pretty much what you would expect from a local building firm. We spend our mornings checking on various projects and the afternoons dealing with the administrative side of things. It is a lot of back and forth. Building things takes a long time and there are always hurdles you do not see coming. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us. We focus on getting the structures up and making sure the foundations are solid. Sometimes we stay late because a delivery was delayed or a client had a last-minute question. It is not a 9-to-5 kind of life. The office is usually a bit messy with files and samples of materials like tile and wood. We have been part of this neighborhood for a bit now and have seen it change quite a bit. It is interesting to see how many new buildings have gone up around us lately. We just keep our heads down and focus on our own tasks. We value the relationships we have with local suppliers because they make our jobs much easier. It is about getting the work done without making a big fuss. That is how we like it.
