Our office is actually in a flat, C-233 in Bankey Bihari Sharnam. It’s out in Raj Nagar Extension. It’s a big residential area, so it’s easy for people to find us if they live nearby. Shri Samraj Development Private Limited is the company we run from here. We do a lot of stuff related to real estate and building homes. Since we are in a residential complex, it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We like that. It makes people feel more comfortable when they come in to talk about their own homes. We spend a lot of time on the phone and on our computers. There’s a lot of tracking that needs to happen with these projects. Materials cost a lot, and you have to make sure you aren't wasting anything. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s a small group of us trying to make a living. We’ve had our ups and downs like any other business. Sometimes a project finishes early, other times it drags on forever. We just try to stay steady. The view from the office is mostly other buildings, which reminds us why we do this. People need places to live, and we help make that happen. It’s not glamorous, but it is real work. We just keep plugging away at it every day. It’s what we know how to do. There's always another document to sign.
