Our place is located at 8 Indirapuram, K Block, right in Gaur Green City. We are on the ground floor, just opposite Shipra Mall, which makes it very easy for people to drop in after they finish their shopping. Vaibhav Khand is a crowded area, but we like the energy of it. We mostly work with the families who live around here or people who want to move into one of the big apartment complexes nearby. Since we are on the ground floor, we get a lot of walk-ins who just want to ask a quick question about rent or shop prices. We don't have a big corporate setup. It's just a few desks and a lot of local knowledge about which blocks are quiet and which ones have better parking. We see the mall traffic every day and it reminds us how much this area has grown. We aren't here to give you a polished sales pitch. We just know the developers and the residents, so we can tell you which flat has a good view or where the plumbing might be an issue. It’s just about being helpful to the people who come through the door. We keep our files updated and try to make sure everyone who leaves our office has a clear idea of what they are getting into.
