We are over at E 1/4 on Buland Shahar Road, right in Industrial Area Site 1. It’s a proper industrial zone, so it’s not exactly the most beautiful place, but it’s where the work is. We do ground development, which means we spend our days getting land ready for construction. It’s dusty and noisy work most of the time. Our office is right there on the site, so we are always close to the machinery. We don't have any fancy stuff in the office, just the basics like desks, chairs, and a lot of maps. We aren't into big corporate speeches. We just talk to the operators and make sure the ground is leveled and ready for the next step. Shree Tirupati Ground Developers is just a small group of us. We’ve been doing this for a long time and we know the local soil and the problems that can come up. Sometimes the machines break down or the rain turns the site into a mud pit, but we just deal with it. We don't have a big marketing department. People find us because they see our equipment out on the sites. It’s honest, hard work and it keeps us busy. We like being part of the industrial area because everyone here is just trying to get things built. If you need some ground work done, come find us at Site 1. There’s usually someone around even on Saturdays.
