It’s a small operation here. We don’t have a massive floor of workers; it’s more about a few of us who know what we’re doing. Vasundhara is where we do most of our planning. The office is usually filled with papers and coffee cups. We spend a lot of time looking at how pieces fit together for these big builds. It’s not the kind of work you can rush. If you try to cut corners, things just go wrong later, and nobody wants that. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do right by the projects we take on. Sometimes we stay late when a structural issue pops up that we didn't expect. That’s just the nature of construction and design. It can be frustrating, but seeing a structure actually take shape makes it worth the long hours. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we started. Most people in Friend Society know us by now. We’re just regular people trying to build stuff that lasts. No big speeches or corporate talk here, just a lot of hard work and maybe a bit of dust on our boots. We’ve been at this address for a good while and plan to stay for many more years.
