Shivas Reinplast Company Of India is located right in the middle of the Bulandsahar Road Industrial Area. Our spot at C-71/8 is usually pretty noisy because there's always something going on with the machines or trucks moving around. It's an industrial zone, so it's not the prettiest place, but it works for what we do. We spend most of our time dealing with reinforced plastics and whatever projects come through the door. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when a big shipment arrives and we have to clear space on the floor. It’s a lot of manual work and we all pitch in where needed. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the neighbors on this stretch of road. The heat in the summer can be tough inside the facility, but we keep the fans going and just get on with it. We aren't big on meetings or long emails; we'd rather just talk through a problem on the floor and figure it out right then and there. It feels like a real workplace where things actually get made. Sometimes the floor is a bit messy with scraps, but that just shows we’ve been busy. We take care of the equipment because if it breaks, we can't do our jobs. It’s straightforward work for people who don't mind getting their hands a little dirty.
