Shivam Mobile Point

I've been running Shivam Mobile Point for a bit now. We are right here in Unique Plaza, specifically Shop No Ug 17 on Plot No C 1. If you're walking around Sector 15 in Vasundhra, you’ve probably seen the sign. It’s not a huge place, just a regular shop where we deal with mobile phones every day. People come in when their screens crack or when they need a new tempered glass. Sometimes the charging port gets dusty and stops working, so we clean that out too. It gets pretty busy in the afternoons when everyone is out shopping. I usually sit at the main counter near the entrance. We have a lot of phone covers hanging on the walls. Some are plain and some have bright patterns on them. Most folks around here know us by name. It’s a good spot because the plaza has a lot of foot traffic. We try to keep the drawers organized with different cables and adapters, but it gets messy when we are busy. We don’t have fancy chairs or anything, just a few stools for people to sit on while they wait for a quick repair. It’s just how things are in a local shop like this. We've seen a lot of different phone models come through these doors. Most days it’s just me and a helper making sure everything is working right for the customers who stop by.
