Pearl Boutique

Our boutique is located at S. M. 65 in Shastri Nagar. It is not a very big place, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent with measuring tapes around our necks and chalk in our hands. Shastri Nagar is a nice neighborhood and we have a lot of people who just walk in because they live nearby. We keep the shop open until the evening, and sometimes later if we have a lot of sewing to finish. There are hangers everywhere with half-finished dresses and suits. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to handle a needle. The front window gets a lot of sun in the afternoon, which makes the shop feel bright even if it's a bit small. We have a small mirror in the corner where people try things on. It’s nothing like the big malls you see in the city center. We know our customers by name and we know what they like. Sometimes we sit out front for a few minutes when it’s quiet just to watch the street. The floor is covered in threads of all different colors. We try to sweep up at the end of the day, but by the next morning, it’s messy again. That is just how a boutique works. We are at S. M. 65 if you ever need to find us.
