La Boutique

La Boutique is tucked away over in 36-B, Krishana Vihar. It’s a quiet enough spot in Pratap Viahr if you know where to look. We opened this place because we wanted a space to work on clothes and help people find something that actually fits them right. It isn’t one of those big malls where nobody talks to you. Usually, it's just a couple of us here sewing or helping someone pick out a fabric they like. The shop isn't massive, so it can feel a bit crowded when we have a lot of stock in, but we like it that way. Most of our days are spent taking measurements or fixing hems that have come loose. We get a lot of local ladies coming in just to chat about what they want for the next wedding or party. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. We just keep our heads down and do the work. Sometimes the tea runs cold because we get busy with a tricky stitch, but that's part of the job. If you’re looking for us, look for the small sign near the corner. We aren’t hard to find once you’re in the neighborhood. We’ve been here long enough that most people know where to send someone who needs a quick alteration. It’s a busy little shop and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We just keep doing things the way we know how.
