Grace N Look

Grace N Look is located at Sc-281 in Shastri Nagar. It’s a local spot and we’ve been here for some time now. The shop isn’t very big, so we have to use every bit of wall space to hang up the clothes we have in stock. We have a mirror at the back that’s a bit old but still does the job. Usually, the day is spent rearranging the racks and talking to people who walk in from the neighborhood. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that, it’s just us here. Sometimes the kids from the street come in and we have to tell them not to touch the displays with sticky hands. The floor is tiled and we try to keep it clean, but people bring in a lot of dust from the road. We have a small counter where the register sits, and there are always a few notebooks lying around where we scribble down what we’ve sold. It’s a simple life running a shop like this. We know many of our customers by their first names because they’ve been coming to Shastri Nagar for years. It’s not about being the biggest store around, we just like having our own place where we can sell things we think look good. The afternoons are usually quiet, which gives us time to fix the hangers and fold things properly for the evening.
