Sgtenet Innovations is based out of Plot No. 45 in the Rajender Nagar Industrial Area. Being in Mohan Nagar means we are surrounded by other businesses and workshops, which actually feels quite right for us. We aren't a polished tech firm sitting in a fancy mall. We are in an industrial area because we like the atmosphere of people actually building and doing things. Our space is a bit rugged, which we don't mind at all. We spend our days working through technical problems and trying out new ideas. Some of those ideas work, and some of them end up in the bin. That is just how things go when you are actually in the middle of it. We don't have a front desk or a secretary to screen calls. Usually, whoever is closest to the phone picks it up. It can be a bit dusty around here sometimes with all the nearby activity, but we keep our corner as clean as we can. We are a small team, mostly people who have been around the block a few times. We don't have long meetings about synergy or anything like that. We just talk over coffee about what needs to be finished by Friday. It is a simple setup in Ghaziabad, and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and handle the tasks as they come in day after day.
