We are set up in Shop 29 on the second floor of Sarla Tower. The building is right by the Park Accent Hotel in Khora Colony, Ghaziabad. It is a bit of a climb up to the second floor, but it keeps us moving. The tower has all sorts of different shops and offices, so there is always a lot going on around us. Our space is basically just one large room that we’ve divided up with some basic partitions. It is not the quietest place because of the traffic on the main road, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of horns and engines. We have our computers lined up, and the lighting is a bit dim in some corners, so we use some extra lamps. There is a small table where we keep our bags and lunch boxes. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that; you just walk right in. Most of the time, we are just focused on the screens. If we need a break, we go out to the balcony and look down at the street for a few minutes. Parking in Khora Colony can be a real headache, so some of us take the bus or get dropped off. It is a very down-to-earth workplace where we just deal with things as they come. It’s been our home for a while now in the 201309 area.
