We are based in Indirapuram, specifically at 3031 Ahinsakhand 1 within the Ats Advantage complex. It is a pretty large place, so it took us a while to get used to the layout when we first moved in. Our space is functional and mostly filled with desks, computers, and a lot of paperwork that seems to pile up no matter how much we clean. The complex has a lot of people living and working in it, so there is always some kind of noise, whether it is cars in the parking lot or people walking through the hallways. We don’t have any big lounge areas or anything like that. It is just a straightforward office where we come to work. In the afternoon, the sun hits the windows directly, so we have to keep the blinds pulled down most of the time. There is a small spot where we keep our coffee stuff, which gets a lot of use throughout the week. Most of us find the location convenient since there are a few places nearby to grab a quick snack or run an errand. It’s not a flashy setup, just some plain walls and basic furniture that gets the job done. We spend a lot of time on our headsets or typing away. It is just a regular day-to-day operation here in Ghaziabad. We’ve grown accustomed to the rhythm of the building over the months.
