We are based in Akbarpur Behrampur, specifically in Flat-2 at Unione Residency. It’s a bit of a residential setting, which makes the work environment feel quite relaxed. Ghaziabad can be a very busy and loud city, but inside the residency, it’s a lot calmer. We provide various services from this flat. It’s not your typical glass-walled office. We’ve set up our desks in the main rooms and use the kitchen for our breaks. It feels a bit like working from home, even though we are a registered company. We handle a lot of paperwork and digital service requests for our clients. There are usually a few of us here every day, clicking away on keyboards and talking on the phone. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. Sometimes the delivery guys get confused about which gate to use, but we’re used to that by now. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or people who know where to find us. It’s a practical setup. We don't need a huge building to do what we do. We just need a reliable internet connection and our computers. It’s a modest way to run a business, but it keeps our costs down and lets us focus on the tasks at hand without any corporate pressure. We just do the work as it comes in and stay busy.
