Our office is at H.No.40-41 in Krishna City, Chap Nagar. It’s in Ghaziabad, right in the middle of everything. We work on housing and city development projects. It’s a lot of planning and checking on sites to make sure everything is moving along. Ghaziabad is always changing, and we are right there in the mix. The office is a practical space. We have some chairs for visitors and a lot of maps of the local areas. We aren't fancy people. We wear boots and jeans because we spend a lot of time on-site. The 201001 area is where we spend most of our time. Dealing with property and infrastructure means you have to be patient. There’s a lot of paperwork with the local authorities. We just handle it piece by piece. We don't promise things we can't do. If a project is going to take six months, we say it’ll take six months. Honesty is easier than trying to look perfect. We’ve had our ups and downs like any business, but we are still here in Krishna City. It’s a good place to work from. We just focus on the building part and let the rest take care of itself. We’re just a team trying to make things happen here in Ghaziabad and we don't plan on changing our ways anytime soon as the city keeps growing.
