Samshad Hair Sresser

This is Samshad Hair Sresser. We are located in Shahpur Bamheta, right across from Kishan Adarsh School. You can usually hear the kids playing during the day while we work. I started this place myself. It is just a small room with two chairs and a big mirror on the wall. The name on the board outside has a bit of a spelling mistake, but everyone knows it is us. Most people who live in the village come here. It is not a fancy place with air conditioning or anything like that. We have a couple of ceiling fans that keep the air moving. I do all the cutting and shaving myself. Sometimes my cousin helps out when it is really busy, like before a wedding or a festival. We use the basic stuff you find everywhere. I like to keep the razors sharp and the towels as clean as I can. The street outside can get muddy when it rains, so people often track dirt inside. I spend a lot of time sweeping the floor. It is a quiet life here in Ghaziabad. We do not have a website or anything like that, just people walking in. If you are near the school and need a haircut, just come over. We usually have the radio playing some old songs. It is a decent place to get your hair done without spending too much money or waiting in a long line for a simple cut.
