Our office is at J-265 Patel Nagar 1, right on the Main Road. Being on the main road is great for visibility, but the dust from the traffic is constant. We’ve been operating S P Agarwal & Company from this location for many years. It is a familiar spot for many of the local residents who pass by on their way to the market. The building is older, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but inside it is comfortable enough. We have some old filing cabinets that have been there since we opened, and they are stuffed with papers from over the decades. Sometimes it feels like we are drowning in documents, but we know where everything is. My nephew helps out with the computer stuff now, which is a big relief because I’m not very good with all the new software. We usually keep the front door open to let some air in, though that means we hear every truck that goes by. It is a busy place, and there’s always someone dropping by for a chat or to ask a quick question. We don't really bother with fancy advertisements or anything. Most people just see the sign while they are stuck in traffic and decide to come in. It’s a straightforward business, run by regular people who just want to do their job.
